Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed on jujuplushie.com, operated byJanav Makkar, sole proprietor, trading as Juju Plushie(“we”, “us”), ofBX-87/1 Neem Chownk, Near Subhani Building, Ludhiana, Punjab 141008, India.

What you are ordering

A pillow manufactured to order, cut to the outline of a photograph you supply. It is acustomised item made specifically for you, which affects your cancellation rights — see refunds and cancellations.

The photo you upload

By uploading an image you confirm that:

• you own it, or otherwise have the right to have it reproduced;
• if it shows an identifiable person, you have their permission;
• it does not infringe anyone's copyright or trademark.

We will decline to print material that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that appears to infringe someone else's rights, and we will refund such an order in full. You keep all rights in your photograph — we take no ownership of it, and we use it only to make your order.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees, all-inclusive. Delivery within India is free. Payment is taken at checkout through Razorpay; your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. An itemised receipt is issued for every order.

If a price is displayed that is obviously wrong through an error on our side, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil it, and we will tell you why.

Making and delivery

We aim to dispatch within 5–10 days. These are genuine estimates, not guarantees — this is handwork and volumes vary. Delivery timing once the courier has the parcel is outside our control.

What a handmade item looks like

Colours vary slightly between screens and printed fabric, and seams and stuffing vary slightly between pillows. The finished outline follows the subject in your photograph, so its quality depends on that image — see choosing a photo. These are properties of the product, not defects.

Our responsibility

If we get your order wrong, we will remake it or refund it, as set out in therefunds policy. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts ofLudhiana, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute.
