Where we deliver

Anywhere in India. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

What it costs

Nothing. Delivery is free across India and is already included in the price shown on each size. There is no shipping charge added at checkout, and no surcharge for remote PIN codes.

How long it takes

Each pillow is made after you order it, so the clock has two parts:

• Making: 5–10 days. Cutting, printing, sewing and stuffing, plus the human check on the cut outline.
• Courier: typically 2–6 days after dispatch, depending on how far you are from Punjab.

We make a limited number per day because it is handwork. During festival season, and around Diwali and Raksha Bandhan in particular, assume the upper end of both ranges.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email when your parcel is handed to the courier. Until then the order is with us, not in transit.

If the address is wrong

Tell us as soon as you can. Before dispatch we can change it freely. After dispatch it depends on the courier, and a redirect is not always possible.

If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged

If tracking has not moved for several days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we will chase the courier and put it right. A parcel lost in transit is our problem to resolve, not yours — see refunds.

If a delivery is refused or repeatedly unclaimed and comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Because the pillow is made specifically for you, we cannot resell it, so a re-dispatch may carry the courier cost.
