What kind of photo do I need?
One clear, in-focus picture where the subject stands out from the background. A phone photo is fine. Dark, blurry or heavily compressed images are what cause trouble — the photo guide has the details.
Is the pillow actually cut to the shape?
Yes. It is not a square cushion with a picture on it. The fabric is cut along the outline of your subject, which is why the photo matters so much.
How long does it take?
5–10 days to make, plus 2–6 days for the courier. Longer around festivals.
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery anywhere in India is free and already included in the price.
Are there any extra charges?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is free and nothing is added at checkout. You get an itemised receipt with your order.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Each pillow is made individually, so a quantity of three means three separately made pillows from the same photo.
Can I use a photo of a person?
Yes, as long as you have their permission. People order these of children, partners and grandparents constantly.
What if my photo isn't good enough?
A person checks every cut outline before anything is printed. If your photo will not produce a clean shape, we contact you instead of making a bad pillow.
Can I cancel?
Before we start making it, yes — full refund. Once the fabric is cut to your shape we cannot, because it cannot be sold to anyone else.
What if it arrives damaged?
We remake it or refund you. Send a photo of the problem within 7 days of delivery.
How do I wash it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, and let it air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry — it will damage the print and the stuffing.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment.
