Memorial pillows

A good number of these are ordered after someone has died — an animal, or a person. If that is why you are here, we are sorry, and there are a few things worth knowing.

The photo will often be an old one

That is fine, and it is usually the case. What matters is not the camera but whether the subject can be told apart from the background. If you have only one usable photograph and you are unsure about it, send it to us atjanavmakkar70@gmail.com before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will work.

If it is a print rather than a file, photograph it flat in daylight, without flash and without a shadow across it. That usually works better than a scan taken in a hurry.

We check before we print

Every cut outline is reviewed by a person. On a memorial order that matters more than usual, because there may not be another photo to fall back on. If the result would not be good, we contact you rather than making it.

If it is a gift

Tell us when you order and we will leave any invoice or pricing out of the parcel. Allow5–10 days for making, plus courier time — and more if it needs to arrive by a particular date. Email us if the date is tight and we will tell you whether it is realistic instead of guessing.

Your photograph stays private

We never publish or share a customer's photo. It is stored privately, viewable only through links that expire within minutes, and deleted after your order unless you ask us to keep it. The full detail is on the privacy page.
