How it works
Every pillow is cut to the outline of your photograph and made after you order it. Nothing is pre-printed and nothing sits in a warehouse. Here is the whole process.
1. You upload a photo
One picture, taken on a phone is completely fine. What matters is not the camera — it is that the subject is clearly separated from the background, in focus, and lit well enough that you can see the edges of the fur or hair.
We accept JPEG, PNG and WebP up to 15 MB. If you are on an iPhone, photos shared straight from the Photos app are converted for you automatically.Choosing a good photo goes into more detail — it is the single biggest thing that determines how the finished pillow looks.
2. You position the cut
In the designer you drag, scale and rotate until the shape is right, and pick a size and a backing colour. You are shown the outline before you pay. Nothing is a surprise at the end.
3. We separate the subject
After you order, we lift your subject away from its background and generate the exact cut path the fabric will be cut along. This is checked by a person before anything is printed — if the photo will not produce a clean shape, we contact you rather than making a bad pillow.
4. We print, cut, sew and stuff it
Printed onto soft fabric, cut along the outline, sewn, and stuffed by hand in our workshop in Ludhiana, Punjab. Then it is packed and dispatched.
How long it takes
5–10 days from order to dispatch, plus courier time to your address. We make a limited number per day because it is handwork, so during festival season the upper end is more realistic than the lower.
What it costs
- 16" (40 cm) — ₹1,799
- 22" (56 cm) — ₹2,499
- 30" (76 cm) — ₹3,499
- 60" (152 cm) — ₹5,499
Delivery anywhere in India is free. The number on the size you pick is the number you pay.
If it is not right
Because each pillow is made specifically for you, we cannot resell a returned one — so these are not returnable simply for a change of mind. But if it arrives damaged, or the print is defective, or we made it wrong, we remake it or refund it. The full position is on the refunds page.
