Privacy

You send us photographs of your pets, your family, and sometimes animals and people you have lost. That is the most sensitive thing this business holds, and it is the part of this policy we have thought hardest about.

Your photographs

Your uploads are private and stay private. Specifically:

• They are stored in a private location that denies anonymous access outright. There is no public link to your photo, and no such link can be created — our own code is built so that it cannot even construct one.
• When a photo must be displayed — to you, or to the person checking your cut outline — it is opened through a temporary link that expires within minutes. If such a link leaks it is already dead.
• We do not publish your photograph, use it in advertising, put it on social media, or show it to anyone else, unless you have explicitly asked us to.
• We do not sell them, and we do not hand them to anyone for advertising or training purposes.

What else we collect

• Order details — your name, delivery address, email, phone number, and what you ordered. Needed to make and deliver the item, and to issue a receipt, which we are required to keep.
• Payment — handled entirely by Razorpay. Your card number never reaches our servers; we receive only a payment reference and whether it succeeded.
• Basic usage information — which pages were viewed and where an order came from, so we can tell what is working. This is not sold, and is not used to build a profile of you.

Who we share with

Only the parties that make an order physically possible:

• Razorpay, to take the payment.
• The courier, who receives your name, address and phone number in order to deliver the parcel.

That is the complete list. There are no advertising networks or data brokers in it.

How long we keep things

• Photographs: kept while your order is being made, and for a short period afterwards in case you need a remake. Then deleted.
• Invoices and order records: kept for 8 years, because Indian tax law requires it. This is the one thing we cannot delete on request.

Deleting your photographs

Email us and ask. Once your order is complete we can remove your uploads, and we will confirm when it is done. Everything belonging to one upload is stored together specifically so that this request can be honoured completely rather than approximately.

Cookies

We use what is needed to keep your cart working and to remember whether you chose the light or dark theme. No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
